1. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in or accessing any offering provided by ProLearn Vista, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
2. Scope of Offerings
ProLearn Vista is a Continuous Professional Education Hub offering:
- Instructor-led workshops and seminars ("Services");
- Digital learning materials and e-publications ("Information Products");
- Printed manuals and kits ("Physical Products").
3. Fees and Payment
All fees are listed on the ProLearn Vista website. Payment methods accepted include credit card, bank transfer, and online checkout services. Access to materials or scheduling of a session occurs only after full payment is received.
4. Reimbursement and Rescheduling Policy
4.1 Services
You may request a reimbursement or a transfer to a future session if you notify ProLearn Vista at least 7 calendar days before the scheduled start date. For requests made fewer than 7 calendar days in advance, no reimbursement is available due to resource and trainer allocation. All approved reimbursements will be processed within 14 business days via the original payment method.
4.2 Information Products
You may request a reimbursement within 14 calendar days of purchase provided you have not accessed or downloaded the digital files. Once a file has been accessed, it is no longer eligible for reimbursement. Approved reimbursement requests are processed within 10 business days.
4.3 Physical Products
Customers have 30 calendar days from dispatch to request a reimbursement or exchange. Items must be sent back in original condition. Unless the item is defective, the customer is responsible for shipping costs. Approved reimbursements are issued within 14 business days of receipt of the sent-back item.
5. No-Reimbursement Services
Certain bespoke or one-on-one coaching sessions are non-reimbursable due to the customised nature of preparation and scheduling. ProLearn Vista will clearly mark such offerings on the booking page.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ProLearn Vista and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of its offerings.
7. Changes to Terms
ProLearn Vista reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Revised terms take effect 30 days after posting on the website.
